We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our guests and our property.
Flexible Rate Bookings
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation may be charged.
Non-Refundable Bookings
- For non-refundable rates, the full amount is charged at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Early Departure
- In case of early departure, the full stay originally booked will be charged.
Payment Terms
- Depending on the rate selected, a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the reservation.
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
Special Conditions
- For peak periods (holidays, events, or high season), special cancellation conditions may apply.
We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
