Wifi gratuito
- Nombre de la red: Riad_Noasid

- La contraseña también está disponible en el patio del Riad, en un cuadro situado sobre una mesa.
Horario Desayuno
- El desayuno se sirve diariamente de 9:00 a 11:00 h.
- Si desea disfrutarlo antes de este horario, le rogamos que lo comunique con antelación en recepción.
Limpieza de la habitación
- Sobre la mesita de noche encontrará un cartel con dos caras:
- Cara roja – “Please do not disturb”: colóquela en el exterior de la puerta si no desea ser molestado o si prefiere que no se realice la limpieza.
- Cara verde – “Please clean room”: colóquela si desea que realicemos la limpieza de su habitación.
- Si no coloca ningún cartel, la habitación será limpiada automáticamente.
- También puede comunicar su preferencia directamente en recepción.
Toallas
- Las toallas se cambian diariamente o bajo solicitud.
- ¿Desea cambiarlas? Por favor, déjelas en el suelo de la ducha.
- ¿Prefiere reutilizarlas? Déjelas colgadas y bien extendidas.
- Por favor, estas toallas no están destinadas para retirar maquillaje o henna, ni para usos que puedan dañarlas más allá de su uso normal.
Compromiso con el medio ambiente
- Le pedimos amablemente que apague las luces y el aire acondicionado cuando salga de la habitación.
Silencio
- Por el bienestar de todos, les rogamos mantener el mínimo ruido posible durante la noche.
Visitas externas
- Si desea recibir visitas, consulte previamente en recepción.
- Los visitantes solo podrán permanecer en las zonas comunes, no en las habitaciones sin autorización.
Fumar
- Todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores.
- Está permitido fumar únicamente en la terraza.
Uso de instalaciones y mobiliario
- No está permitido mover el mobiliario para usos no autorizados.
- Las toallas, ropa de cama, etc., deben usarse dentro del riad; no deben sacarse del mismo.
- En caso de daño o pérdida de mobiliario, ropa de cama o toallas, se aplicará un cargo adicional según el valor de reposición.
Seguridad de sus pertenencias
- Puede guardar sus objetos de valor en la caja fuerte de su habitación (manual disponible encima) o, para artículos de mayor valor, en la caja fuerte del riad.
- Recomendamos utilizar estas opciones para mayor seguridad.

Transporte y movilidad
- Al usar un taxi (“petit taxi”), asegúrese de que el taxímetro esté activado. Si no, negocie el precio antes de subir o busque otro.
- Cuando camine por la medina, manténgase por la derecha y no cruce sin mirar; circulan muchas motos y motocicletas rápidamente.
- Lleve calzado cómodo y cerrado, las calles son empedradas o irregulares, y pueden aparecer motos, carretas o animales.
- Si se siente perdido(a) o necesita ayuda, solicite asistencia en un establecimiento (tienda, café, riad) en lugar de aceptar guías o acompañamientos espontáneos.
- Para ahorrar, el transporte público (autobuses) puede ser una opción, aunque más lenta o complicada si no está familiarizado.
Dinero, compras y trueque
- La moneda es el dirham marroquí (MAD). También se usa DH o Dh. 1 € ≈ 10,50 MAD.
- Guarde siempre el recibo de cambio; puede ser útil al salir del país.
- Lleve efectivo, muchos comercios pequeños no aceptan tarjeta.
- Al comprar recuerdos o artesanías, regatee amablemente, verifique la calidad y evite pagar el primer precio.
- Tenga cuidado con falsos “guías” o vendedores que prometen ofertas exageradas.
Alimentación y salud
- El calor puede ser intenso: manténgase hidratado, lleve agua y use protección solar o gorro.
- Beba agua embotellada y evite hielo o ensaladas crudas si no está seguro de su origen.
- Pruebe la cocina local: tajine, tanjia, cuscús y té de menta son parte de la experiencia.
Cultura, respeto y seguridad
- Pida permiso antes de fotografiar personas, especialmente en zonas tradicionales.
- En zonas turísticas, cuide sus pertenencias y mantenga el bolso cerrado.
- No sienta que debe aceptar todas las invitaciones de “ayuda” de desconocidos; a veces llevan a rutas más costosas.
Propina
- Es costumbre dejar propina, pero no es obligatoria; la cantidad queda a su discreción.
